Over 19,000 meals delivered to Londoners in need as part of Harvest Festival this October
Our first food and fundraising drive, City Harvest Festival 2023, saw 96 organisations support us this October by collecting long-life cupboard food items in workplaces, schools and offices, and fundraising. A huge thank you to all our food donors who took part in this initiative for us. It’s been a fantastic success, managing to raise 8 tonnes of food for us to redistribute to our community partners over the coming months.
This contribution equals over 19,000 meals worth of food for Londoners in need.

London schools support City Harvest Festival
Longstanding partners, King’s College School, Wimbledon and St Paul’s Boys School, Barnes, organised student-led food drives to raise volumes of long shelf-life goods collected by City Harvest and redistributed to London communities in need.
We were also delighted to collect food from a host of primary and secondary schools across the capital’s boroughs, including Haringey, Richmond, Ealing, Newham, Harrow
