Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup melted butter
    Method

    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
    2. Mash the bananas in a bowl
    3. Add the eggs, both sugars, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well
    4. Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until well combined
    5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan
    6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean
    7. Let cool, then enjoy your freshly baked banana bread!
