Ways to use up leftover fruit and vegetables

One of the quickest and tastiest ways to use up your excess produce is this simple 5 minute winter booster juice recipe and you don’t have to follow the ingredients strictly – use what you have!
Winter Booster Juice
Ingredients
- 2-3 peaches
- 2 carrots
- 1 small stick of turmeric
- 1 cup of grapes
- ½ lime
- 1 tsp honey
- Cup of water
Method
- Slice up peaches and add to your blender.
- Add a cup of black grapes to your blender.
- Cut a piece of turmeric and add to the mixture.
- Chop up 2 carrots into small chunks and add to mixture.
- Squeeze in half a lime.
- Add a teaspoon of honey into your blender.
- Add a large glass of cold water.
- Blend well.
- Strain any larger pieces that did not blend.
- Pour into your glass and enjoy!
