2023 was a milestone year for City Harvest
In September, we reached a total of 50 million meals delivered to our London charity partners since our inception in 2014. Our drivers are active 6 days a week, delivering free food and hope to grassroots projects and organisations across the capital. Our fleet grows as the demand for free food increases amid the ongoing cost-of-living crisis that is affecting increasingly more of the capital’s residents.
In 2023, we delivered free food across 30 London boroughs to our network of 375+ community partners, including 47 new community partners. In Spring, we launched EQUALS, our campaign and calculator that shows the impact anyone or any organisation can have with City Harvest via volunteering, fundraising or a food-donor relationship.
